A Computer-generated typical children’s film by director Steve Oedekerk. The farm animals resemble humans. They walk upright, buy human stuff from a "market" run by the gophers, and they turn the barn into a funny looking nightclub. All of this is done in secret. Otis (Kevin James), a happy-go-lucky cow is the biggest party animal. The animals know they can always count on him for a stunt or some joke. But Ben his father(Sam Neill) doesn't like his carefree attitude. Ben is the barnyard protector and patriarch. Ben loves his son, but also thinks that he has to learn more responsibility, especially because he has to tred in the footsteps of his father.
